Cancellation Policy

Full payment is collected at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

• Cancel 30+ days before check-in: Refunded in full, less a $75 non-refundable booking fee.
• Cancel 14–29 days before check-in: 50% of the total reservation cost refunded.
• Cancel within 14 days of check-in, or no-show: No refund.
• Host cancellations: If we cancel your reservation for any reason, you'll receive a full refund.
• We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of illness, travel disruptions, or other unexpected circumstances.
